Intellectual Property Attorney

Manage the filing and registration procedures for trademarks and designs at the Benelux, European Union, and global levels;

Participate in opposition, cancellation procedures, and conflicts managed and/or coordinated by our client;

Assist clients with trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, valuations, and contracts related to industrial property.

You have studied law;

You hold a qualification in Trademarks and Designs;

You have over 5 years of experience in intellectual property law within a law firm;

You are fluent in English, German, and French, both spoken and written;

You have a proactive mindset and wish to work in a team-oriented environment that is positive and constructive.
