Function

Manage and oversee the technical aspects of reinsurance operations for a portfolio of clients and prospects.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production of accounts in accordance with client accounting standards.

Organize the work of various internal and external departments to meet client expectations and regulatory/legal obligations.

Serve as the main liaison with clients' external service providers (auditors, banks, etc.).

Prepare, participate in, and lead Board and Committee meetings related to your client portfolio.

Advise clients on insurance terms and reinsurance treaties, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Optimize the use of risk self-financing tools for your clients.

Represent the interests of the clients and implement the strategies defined by their boards.

Ensure compliance with Solvency II requirements for the company’s client portfolio.
Profile
-
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management or finance, ideally with a focus on insurance.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the reinsurance sector or in managing reinsurance client portfolios.

Fluent in French and have a very good command of English (C1 level). Knowledge of Spanish or German is a strong asset.

Skilled at advising and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to propose concrete solutions.

Autonomous, detail-oriented, and client-focused.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
